FACT Departmental Assignments

Each department has a designated Instructional Designer (ID). Find your ID below. If you are unable to contact your ID and you need immediate help, please call our main number 797-9506.

For routine Blackboard assistance which is provided on a first-come /first-serve basis, please contact your Instructional Designer. Non-routine Blackboard assistance will be fulfilled on a first scheduled/first served basis, and can have an expected turn-around time of three working days, at the minimum.

For any training or development requests, schedule a time with your Instructional Designer, as training and development requests will be fulfilled on a first scheduled/first served basis.
