Banner Training is hosted in our learning lab, but for Banner Training questions please contact Jodi Morgan at 435-797-1815. In addition, you will find a variety of workshops relating to Blackboard Vista and other instructional topics. If you have any questions about our workshops, please contact your Instructional Designer at 435-797-9506. To register, click on the workshop you would like to attend.

Banner Training: Finance-Chart/Accounts (COA)

This course covers chart of account information for Banner including an understanding of FOAPAL terms, how to set up My Banner and My Links, how to navigate to the most common financial screens, how to conduct queries on the Banner financial screens and how to use e-Print to get the monthly financial reports. When looking at the financial screens we will show you how to determine what your budget, expenses, commitments, and available balance are and how to query the Banner system. We will also go over the paper journal voucher and on-campus expenditure forms. There will be time for participants to practice navigation and queries.
