Option 1: Campus Telephone System
The Campus Telephone System allows users to join up to seven parties on one call. It is recommended that no more than a total of four parties be off campus. At least one on-campus user must remain in the conference call at all times. For instructions on how to use this feature please see the campus directory (p.13) or call Jennifer for additional training.

Option 2: Qwest Reservationless Conference Call
Qwest Reservationless Conference Call is a service that requires a one time set-up process that typically needs 24-48 hours advance notice. Once this service has been set-up, you can conduct a meeting anytime, anywhere with up to 100 participants. You will be assigned a Toll-Free number, a Toll number, a Room Number and a PIN. Once you have this information you will simply let your participants know the date and time of the meeting along with the Dial-in number* and Room number. The meeting will not begin until you enter your PIN. As long as you keep the PIN confidential you don't have to worry about others using this service without your permission.

Option 3: Qwest Operator Dial-Out Conference Call
With Qwest Operator Dial-Out Conference Calls we provide a list of all your participants to Qwest along with the date, time and length of the call. A Qwest operator then calls each participant and joins them to together.
