New Email Systems

Utah State University has two official email systems for Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and Emeriti.  We encourage you to activate an account on one of the following systems as appropriate.   

Faculty and Staff

Aggies Exchange Email is the official enterprise email system for Faculty and Staff at Utah State University,  including those affiliated with Extension and Regional Campuses.  All Faculty and Staff should have an account on this system.  Aggies Exchange email offers secure and remote access to email using Microsoft Outlook or a standard Web Browser.

• To create/activate your Aggies email account please open and complete the Aggies Email Migration form and return to the IT Service Desk or contact the IT Service Desk at 797-HELP or for more information.

• You can have your email from cc.usu.edu and other email accounts forwarded to your Aggies Exchance account.  The Service Desk can help you set this up and discuss options with you for downloading your address book, and email to the new system.  If you would like to set the forward from cc.usu.edu to another account yourself, please visit https://barney.usu.edu/compserv/maintainuser.shtml#forward
  

Students, Alumni, & Emeriti 

Aggiemail is hosted by Google with an address of yourname@aggiemail.usu.edu.  All Students are encourage to have an aggiemail account and update their "prefered email" address in Banner.  You can keep this account for as long as you want, permanently if desired, after you leave Utah State University.  Alumni, and Emeriti may also set-up an email account on Aggiemail.  Faculty and Staff may set-up an Aggiemail account in addition to their Aggies Exchange account.
