To change the personal greeting a caller hears when they reach your voice mail:

1. Dial 7-4200 (on-campus) or 797-4200 (off-campus)
2. Enter your 5 digit campus phone number (example:  71000)
3. Next, enter your Unified Message PIN then press #
4. When prompted, say "Personal Options"
5. On your phone press 2
6. The system will prompt you to record your message and then accept your newly created message.

Note:  You can follow this same process to create an "Out of Office" message.
