I listened to a voicemail in my email, but when I call into the system it says I have no new messages, why?
Voicemail messages will remain in the system as long as the email (and attachment) remain in your Inbox. Once an email message has been marked as "Read" in your email account, the message is no longer considered "New" by the Unified Messaging system. To have a message listed as "New" you will need to mark the email message as "Unread" within your email client.
