To change your existing or temporary PIN requires calling into the Unified Messaging telephone system.

The following steps will assist you in changing your PIN:

1. Dial into Unified Message at 7-4200 (on-campus) or 797-4200 (off-campus)
2. Enter your 5 digit campus telephone extension (example: 74357)
3. Next, enter your existing or temporary PIN 
   
   • (PIN's must be a minimum of 5 digits)
4. Say "Personal Options"
5. Press "3" on your telephone keypad
6. Enter your new PIN, then press the # key
7. Re-enter your new PIN, then press the # key

You new PIN has been created.
