Hardware Repair Policy

The IT Service Desk is an Apple, Dell and Sony certified warranty repair and support center. Technicians are certified to work on most any Apple, Dell or Sony component and work with other computer vendors to provide the highest level of customer service.

You will find hourly hardware repair rates at it.usu.edu/htm/hardware/rates.

Three business days is the average turn-around time for computer repair. During early Fall and Spring Semesters when demand is greater, repair turn-around time may increase.

Service Desk technicians also provide data recovery services. If you have lost or corrupted data, contact the Service Desk at (435) 797-HELP (4357).
