What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
A Service Level Agreement is a contract that spells out the terms of service that an outsourcer will provide. In our case we contract with departments or units within departments to manage their desktop/laptop computers along with Windows Servers.
How do I set up an effective SLA?
Service level agreements should match your departments/units needs as closely as possible. If you are interested in discussing the computing needs of your department/unit we would be happy to sit down with you, at your convenience, and discuss your needs and expectations.
We realize that every department has unique needs and expectations, we will work closely with you to make sure your needs are being met. To help meet those needs each department/unit that sets up an SLA will be assigned a Primary System Administrator and a Secondary System Administrator reducing or eliminating the knowledge loss and downtime that often occurs as employees leave.
