USU employees may now purchase certain Adobe® and Microsoft® products for use on their home computer.
To distribute this software, Utah State University has teamed up with Kivuto (OntheHub.com) to purchase and download software licenses for faculty, staff, & students for use on personal computers.
Software purchased through Kivuto (usu.onthebub.com) is licensed for personal use and may not be installed on University-owned systems.
University employees are permitted to purchase one copy of either Office Professional Plus 2013 or Office for Mac 2011, but may install on up to two home computers.
The Purchase of Adobe Creative Suite is an annual license.
Software purchased through Kivuto is licensed for personal use and may not be installed on University-owned systems.

The Adobe and Microsoft Home Use Programs iare licensed for USU employees' personal (home) computers and may not be purchased for or installed on University-owned systems. "The language in the Microsoft agreement on the webstore is old. We have been harassing Microsoft Legal to get us an updated copy of this but we are not there yet. For now, please assure them that they can use for their personal use. I mean, if you install the OS on your machine at home, it would render it useless to you if the language in the agreement were to be adhered to completely. Microsoft understands that as well, but getting the new EULA to replace what we have up there has been a pending process for months now."
