Learn a new application, update your computer skills, or prepare for major certification exams.  These courses are INTERACTIVE and you learn by DOING.  If you are interested in going through one or more of these online courses, please contact the IT Service Desk by calling 797-HELP.  You will be given a username and password and a time frame in which you can log in and go through the courses.  We only ask that you only use these courses for the specified time period given as there will be others who need to use the courses as well.  Moreover, the companies control the usernames and passwords and if two or more individuals attempt to logon using the same user ID and password at the same time, this violates our license agreements and would terminate our licenses without refund.  All would lose this service.
