With hundreds of software packages available and numerous versions of each package the Service Desk Consultants do their best to have the knowledge to assist you. Due to all the software available we have compiled the following list to show what we support.

Supported Software - Consultants will make every effort and exhaust their resources to resolve your question.

• Help Desk staff have a working knowledge of this software or Operating System.
• You may be referred to a specific consultant to receive the most knowledgeable assistance.

Partially Supported Software - Consultants or Computer Services staff will use their knowledge and resources to best answer your question.

• The Service Desk staff and Computer Services staff have knowledge of this software or Operating System, although we may not have the resources available to answer in-depth questions.
• You may be referred to a specific consultant or Computer Services staff to receive the most knowledgeable assistance.
