System Administration

What We Do

The IT System Administration team maintains backend servers (web and application) for all core campus services including: Banner, Exchange, Citrix, SQL, DNS (Directory Service Platform) and VPN (Virtual Private Network) among others. We run your server and you manage your application.

Let Us Help You

If you have an SLA with us, your IT System Administrator will: 

  • Keep servers up and running

  • Update anti virus protection

  • Apply patches as available

  • Resolve software problems

  • Respond to hardware issues

  • Check event logs
