Remote Printing Client Download
Utah State University Computer Labs allow you to print to lab printers from your laptop or personal computer. Once you have sent prints to a lab, they will be held in the queue for up to an hour and can be released from the Remote Print Release Station. This service will work from any computer connected to BlueZone that has the client downloaded. Follow the directions below to download the client onto your computer and send your prints to the following labs:

Only computers connected through Bluezone are fully supported.

Features (Depending on Location): Duplex Printing, Color Printing, 11x17 Printing
Installation Instructions:
- Click on one of the download links below to install the remote printing software to your computer.
- Double click on the file which was downloaded to run the installer.
- Click "Install" once the installation is complete, click "Finish" to close the installation program.
- To print a document, select a printer that has just been installed.
- When prompted, fill out the Username and optional File Name/Password. Your print jobs will be held in the print queue for up to 60 minutes at the print release station.
- Go to the Remote Printing Release Station and print your file by swiping your USU Student ID and following the instructions given on the screen.
- Please pick-up your printouts at the lab consultant desk. The TSC, Library, UR, Family Life, and Ag-Sci currently auto-charge your card.

Troubleshooting
- Failed to Connect to host VMPPSX on port XXXXX
- If you are using a wireless connection please make sure that you are connected to Bluezone. Also, make sure the print software is not being blocked by your firewall.
- Support over the VPN
- Printing through the VPN works with a few adjustments in the connection settings.
