The survey and quiz plugins are similar but serve different purposes. Using the quiz, you create a simple quiz for users that provides feedback, such as correct, incorrect, or an explanation, after each response. The quiz plugin does not provide store or record users’ responses and is not secure for administering an assessment such as a class quiz. The survey plugin, on the other hand, allows you to set up and customize complex surveys for your users to fill out, the results of which can be exported as Excel data or charts. Because Utah State is a research-based institution, the survey plugin is available to all University entities, regardless of subscription to ezPlug.
