Jonathan Kadis is the Project Management Team Coordinator at USU. He meets with project teams and customers to ensure every agreement covers all the bases and includes all approvals, funding and resources necessary to successfully complete the project. Stephanie Roos helps coordinate projects for the Project Management team. She provides back up for Jonathan and ensures timelines are met. Stephanie makes sure all of the details are included in each SLA. She coordinates roles and obtains necessary signatures and sign-offs on each SLA. You can reach Stephanie at 797-3333. Amy Kitchen oversees the budget for IT and ensures that all project budgets are done properly. She can be reached at 797-2910. Her Office is located in SER 210 (UMC 4420).
