The Full Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be done for all new projects with an initial project budget of $5000 or more. This SLA outlines the scope of work, timelines, budget, Special terms and conditions, and identifies the Project Coordinator and the Project Team. The SLA ensures that approvals, funding and expectations are identified and agreed upon before the project begins.
If changes to an SLA are required after the Final SLA has been completed and the project is underway, an Addendum is added. The Addendum outlines all changes, and checks to make sure that the changes do not impact funding, team member assignments, the project outcome, or other projects.
