USU classrooms and labs are supported by the Classroom and Presentation Technology Team, which provides the University with training, support and installation of different classroom technology.
IT has equipped more than 100 classrooms and labs across campus with the advanced technology to provide superior learning experiences. Search and schedule classrooms or labs to meet your instruction needs below.

Classroom Technology
Schedule a Classroom
If you would like to schedule a classroom, please fill out the Room Reservation Request Form with the Registrar's Office. If you have already found a room you would like to reserve, please specify it in the "Description of the Activity" section on the form.
Schedule a Computer Lab
If you would like to schedule a computer lab, please use the Computer Lab Reservation Request Form. On the left side of the page, click the computer lab you would like to schedule. Then click on the date to open the calendar and select a time slot from the list.
Report a Classroom Problem
Software
The following software is installed on each of the general assignment classroom computers:.
- Firefox (web browser)
- Flash Player
- Adobe Reader (pdf reader)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Quicktime Player - installed for use with Aggiecast, but is not associated with any audio or video formats
- iTunes - installed for creation of podcasts
- Audacity (configured for use with LAME for MP3 creation)
- VLC Media Player
- SPSS
- Windows Media Player (built into Windows, VLC is the default media player)

Additional software may be installed if
- it is required for classroom instruction, and
- it is properly licensed for use in a designated classroom, and
- the software does not conflict with currently installed software or hardware, and
- the functionality of the software is not met with currently installed software
