Service Desk

What We Do

Among other things, the IT Service Desk provides these services:

  • Desktop Support (for departmental computers)
  • Antivirus Software/McAfee Site License (configure for daily updates)
  • Hardware Repair & Support (warranty work, diagnostics, testing, rebuilds, etc.)
  • Login/Password Assistance (Adobe Connect, Aggies Exchange, AggieMail, Banner and Blackboard)
  • Software Support (installation and upgrades)
  • Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  • Networking Access (BlueZone wired and wireless)
  • Communication Support (email, voicemail, etc.)

Certifications

The Service Desk is an Apple, Dell and HP certified warranty repair and support center. With these certifications, we are prepared to work on most Apple, Dell & HP computers.
