Task Description: I want to change the layout, view and/or colors of MyBlackboard in Blackboard Vista. How do I do that?

First, Log into Blackboard at bb.usu.edu...

*Note: Your Blackboard password is the same as your banner password. This can be changed/updated at password.usu.edu.

To change the what sections are displayed you can manually click the dropdown next to each section and click HIDE "section"...

To restore hidden sections, or to hide a number of sections at once, click the CHANNELS link at the top right of the screen...

Click the box next to each section to checkmark it and display it on your page...

To change the layout of you page, click the LAYOUT link in the top right corner of the screen...

From here, select a course and click a direction to move it...

To change the colors of the sections and background, click the COLORS link in the top right corner of the screen...

From here you can use HEX/RGB code for colors or select a color from the swatches at the side for each section. There is a preview present...
