In the toolbar at the top of the screen, select "Insert."

On the right hand side of the toolbar, click on either Movie or Sound.

After clicking on "Movie," select "Movie from File...."

Browse to find the needed movie clip.

**.MPEG movie files are the easiest to work with in PowerPoint. You can also use AVI, WMF.

To insert a sound clip, click on "Sound"

Depending on where you need to locate your sound clip, click on one of the options that appear. If it is in a file, click on Sound from File and browse to find the appropriate clip.

Play the Movie/Sound File
