Once a service agreement is signed, the following steps kick-off the process.

Email current website editors
Emails will be sent to all current website editors with instructions on how to contact the IT Web Team to make website updates.

Lock-down sites to IT Web Team editing only
The IT Web Team will lock down the unit website(s) to be edited by the USU IT Web Team only.

Email unit Director(s) to set up kick-off meeting
An email will be sent to all unit Directors to set up a kick-off meeting (Zoom or in-person) and ask initial questions about the site(s):
- Who from the unit(s) do we need to be meeting with in addition to the Director?
- Who are the top 3-4 audience groups for the website?
- What are the top 3-5 tasks for the website audience, ranked in order of importance to the audience?
- What, if any, other services (e.g. ScholarshipUniverse, USU Calendar, etc.) does the audience use in relation to the unit website?

Meet with unit Director(s)
During the kick-off meeting with the Director and other unit team members (as requested), we will review the following:
- Available options to receive web support (dedicated email, website form, Slack channel)
- Services provided, including analytics and tracking marketing linked to unit website(s)
- Answers to the website questions from the email
- Current website content, concerns, and painpoints
- Anticipated projects
- Website section content contributors
- Any limits the unit wants to have on who can submit website updates for the unit
