Official Contest Rules & Disclaimers

By entering, Entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Utah State University Information Technology (IT) Expo Planning Committee, which shall be final in all respects.

Prize Entry

1st Tier Prizes

  • Complete the Bingo Card (16 connections) AND get your myTech signature; get a bonus entry for 1st Tier prize drawing; if not drawn for these prizes, get an entry for 2nd Tier prize drawing
OR
  • Complete the Bingo Card (16 connections); if not drawn for these prizes, get an entry for the 2nd Tier prize drawing

2nd Tier Prizes

  • Fill the Bingo Card halfway (8 connections); if not drawn for these prizes, get an entry for the 3rd Tier prize drawing

3rd Tier Prizes

  • Swipe your USU ID during the IT Expo (or manually enter your A-number upon check-in)
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Only one prize per person!

Eligibility
This contest is only open to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18, who are a Utah State University student, faculty, or staff member with a valid University ID and A#. IT Expo planning committee members, contest drawing staff, and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Selection
Prize drawings are random and will be processed at the conclusion of the event.

Important Prize Information
  • Prize winners will be posted on the IT Expo website and an email notification will be sent to the official USU email of the winners (@usu.edu) after the conclusion of the event.
  • Only one prize per person.
  • Prizes must be picked up at the Service Desk in the IT Services Building before 5 pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
  • Winners must present valid ID in order to pick up their prize.

All decisions of the IT Expo Planning Committee are final.

Conduct
All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Utah State University Information Technology in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

Limitations of Liability
Utah State University Information Technology is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Utah State University Information Technology may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Utah State University Information Technology from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
