How to Print

  • Every lab on campus has printing capabilities. In order to print you MUST have your student ID card present with you
  • Each semester the university provides you $2.10 of prints (which is equivalent to 30 prints)
  • If you ever want to refill the amount of money on your card you can visit the card office on the third floor of the TSC, go to usucard.usu.edu to refill the amount online, or visit one of the Aggie express refill stations located in the TSC or main floor of the library
  • To print: go to the document you wish to print, hit print and be sure to select the lab you want the document to be printed at, at this point you will be prompted to enter your Number and a file name
  • After entering your Anumber and a file name you will take your ID card to the print release station. At the print release station, you will swipe your card, click on the document you wish to print, and go retrieve the document from a lab consultant at the lab you are in
  • If you want to print from your laptop: download the campus print driver from down below and follow the instructions

Why do I need my ID?

When you click print on a computer your document will be sent to what is called a ‘print release station’. The print release station is similar to a queue in which your document is waiting to be released by you. When you release a document, you will scan your ID card so it can charge you the necessary funds that it took to print that document.
