Highlights

Since a formal reorganization just over two years ago, Information Technology has accomplished a great deal for Utah State University. Some of these accomplishments include:

  • A unified email system with shared calendaring for faculty and staff.
  • A partnership with Google for a student email solution.
  • Campus-wide wireless coverage. Get into the Blue Zone!
  • More high tech classrooms—sixteen new classrooms were added this year, thanks to a partnership between the President, Provost, Facilities, Students and IT.
  • An intuitive web content management system that makes website maintenance easy and empowers non-technical users.
  • Increased security and reliability of data through improvement of the data center and offsite equipment.
