Tips and Tricks to Navigate the Labs

  • All of the labs will be following social distancing guidelines. That means for the time being some of our machines will be unavailable. If you want to know what labs are full go to the main USU IT labs website where you can see a live camera feed of lab availability
  • If you prefer to work with Mac computers rather than Windows computers, the University Reserve Lab and the Agricultural Science labs are your destinations
  • All of the labs on campus feature black and white printing, scanning, Microsoft office suite, and the Adobe Creative cloud. That includes programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. You can check the USU IT Labs main website for more information on specific programs and software
  • All of the labs require you to bring your student ID for entry. The ONLY exception to that is the Information Commons lab on the first floor of the library. If you want to use the lab resources but don’t have your ID check this lab out
  • The IT labs are always doing special events and giveaways on campus! If you want firsthand access to all the giveaways and special events we are doing, go to @USU_ITlabs
