Instructions for Implementation

To implement this layout on a page:

1. Log in to Omni CMS by selecting the Admin link in the footer of the site to be edited
   
2. Select Content > Pages from the toolbar at the top of the page
   
3. Navigate to the directory (folder) in which the page will be located
4. Select New > Page
   
5. Under Page Layout select Blue Hero Banner
   
6. After completing all other fields in the new page form, select Create to finalize page creation
