  • Email: The quickest way to reach us is by sending an email to the designated web support email for your organization (Ex: unitnamewebsupport@usu.edu). Our team monitors this inbox closely and aims to respond within 2 hours.
  • Slack: If Slack is your preferred method of communication, we have a dedicated slack channel for full web support requests. Simply send an email to our team via your unit's web support email and let us know you would like to be added to the Slack channel so that you can connect directly with our team!
  • Web Form: You can also submit your request through the dedicated form on your organizations web support page. These form submissions work the same as the designated email and will be seen by our whole team so that we can ensure the fastest turn around time.
  • Phone: If you need immediate assistance or have a complex request, feel free to call our office at (435) 797-8551

Multiple Updates at Once

  • Single Email: Simply list all your desired changes in a single email. Please include the specific URL for each page where an update is needed.
  • Word or Google Docs: For more complex updates or a larger number of changes, create a document (Word or Google Docs) outlining each update and the corresponding URL. Attach the document to your email.
