Other Services We Provide
What We Can't Help With
While we would like to consider ourselves web wizards, there are some things that still lay outside our realm of magic. Here are a few things that our team unfortunately can't control or assist with.
- Updates to the Main USU Directory: Updates to this directory can be handled by individual employees, department directory managers, and your business services staff members. For more information about updating the directory, please vist directory help.
- Social Media: Our team does not have access to any university social media accounts and therefore can't be of service for your social media postings.
- Graphic Design: While we do assist with cropping and optimizing images for use on the web, we are not a graphic design shop. Please work with the UMAC office for official university logos. For other graphic design elements, please work with your departmental marketing team.
- External Services/Portals: The IT Web Team only has access to university websites inside of the Modern Campus CMS. For assistance with external services (e.g. MyUSU, Mailchimp, Qualtrics), please reach out to those support teams.
- Read Minds: We have lots of amazing people on our team with extraordinary talents but sadly, we are still mastering the power of mind reading. When sending in requests, please provide the URL of the page you are wanting to update as well as specific details that might not be obvious.
